Yoga

Vyniasa yoga is what comes out when I practice or teach yoga. Classes follow the rhythm of the breath and the movements are like a slow dance. Love to explore strange, new and challenging poses, usually focusing in one kind of poses like, backbends, hip openers, balances, twists, etc. You will probably sweat during the class but you will forget it after the deep relaxation at the end.

We explore breathing, silence, a glimpse of philosophy, our fears, our ego and the limits of our bodies and selves. No worries about flexibility, stamina, bodyweight, nice clothing or shape.

What matters the most, is to be present and practice.
